Terms of Service

All photos deliver to CLIENT are licensed for CLIENT’S personal use only.  Photos from the SHOOT to be delivered to the client according to the following order. 
 
PHOTOGRAPHER will provide photo release for CLIENT with product delivery.  This may be requested by outside agencies prior to printing. 
 
If photos are included in the price for photography services, the following will constitute the entirety of photos to be delivered to client and licensed for personal use only.
 
All photos delivered to CLIENT will be in JPEG format.  The PHOTOGRAPHER will not supply RAW images in any circumstance.
 
All products provided by the PHOTOGRAPHER are final images. CLIENT agrees to refrain from altering or editing all products delivered.
